Scope of Work
In late 2016 Norstar engaged Situate to provide municipal planning and project support services for Norwood BLVD, a family oriented multi-unit housing project.
With Situate’s help, the project got off the ground faster than anyone expected—breaking ground in the summer of 2017 with occupancy expected in spring 2018. As a result, Norstar engaged Situate to support a subsequent affordable housing project in another of Edmonton’s core neighbourhoods. Work is ongoing.
Chelsey at Situate has been great to work with. She has helped us stay focused and on track with our projects, and aided immensely with networking and navigating contacts in the community. She has definitely been an asset to our team!
