FreedomVest acquired a property in the mature neighbourhood of Parkview with the goal of developing a three-unit townhouse with three basement suites. Situate reviewed the building plans to ensure their compliance with applicable zoning regulations and managed the development permit approval process, providing guidance and advice along the way. Situate also managed neighbour relations,  sending letters to the neighbours and reaching out to the Parkview community league to inform them about the proposed development. 

The development permit was approved without any variances to the regulations of the zoning bylaw, which meant there was no opportunity for neighbours to appeal the development. As a result, FreedomVest will be able to build six residential units in a neighbourhood that currently has very few townhouses, adding new housing choices to a beautiful mature neighbourhood.
