Scope of Work
Early in 2017 Wow Homes was looking for residential redevelopment opportunities in Edmonton’s mature neighbourhoods. Wow Homes engaged Situate to provide Zoning Analyses on several potential lots, in order to confirm whether the lots would be suitable for the intended redevelopment, from the perspective of municipal planning and zoning.
With the help of Zoning Analyses from Situate, Wow Homes confidently acquired a desirable lot and is now completing the redevelopment process.
