Established in 1977 by the City of Edmonton, homeEd is a proud, non-profit provider of affordable, high quality housing.

Today, homeEd provides well over 900 affordable rental units to a mix of low to moderate income households, with rents starting at the low end of the market.

In late 2019 homeEd engaged Situate to facilitate the creation of a Strategic Business Plan to guide the organization’s next five years of growth: 2020-2025. 

Situate worked closely with the executive director and board of directors of homeEd. With care and attention to detail, Situate designed and delivered a creative problem solving program to help articulate the organization’s priority actions for the next five years.  

The result is a strategic document that’s easy to read, visually attractive, and—most importantly—easy to execute.
